Rules of accommodation in the hotel

  • Dear Guests, the doors of our hotel are open for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Welcome!

  • Russian Federation residents can be accommodated in the Hotel only on presentation of RF passports. For foreigners’ accommodation in the Hotel it will be necessary to provide their traveling passport, valid visa and migration card.

  • Check in - 02.00 PM. Check out - 12.00 PM. Breakfast time – from 08.00 till 10.00 AM.

  • Payment for accommodation and services shall be made according to the schedule of prices approved in the hotel.

  • Payment for accommodation shall be set per day per room according to the unique check-out time of the hotel – from 12.00 PM of current day Moscow Time.

  • For stays of less than a day (24hours) the fee will be charged per night regardless of the time of arrival and departure.

  • Bed sheets and  towels are changing every day. 

  • Guests should:

    • show documents during check in.
    • pay the services in due time and in full;
    • strictly follow the fire safety regulations, not allow the fire occurrence, not use electric heaters in the room;
    • observe rules of behavior during the staying at the hotel;
    • keep from abusing alcohol and insulting people and staff (reception clerk has the right to deny accommodation and stay on the territory of the Hotel to a person in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication);
    • keep quiet especially in night time (10:00 PM - 07:00 AM);
    • in case of property loss or damage compensate the hotel for the damage according to the price list approved by administration of the hotel.
  • It is forbidden:

    • to smoke in the Hotel;
    • to drink alcohol beverages in public areas, bought out of the "Pushkin";
    • to allow presence of other people in the hotel room, not registered in the hotel after 11:00 PM;
    • to give a key to other people not registered in the hotel;
    • to disturb other guests, living in the nearby rooms.
    • The administration shall not bear responsibility for guest’s valuables, left in the room. It is necessary to use a safe for keeping your valuables. Memo how to use safe you can find next to safe in your wardrobe.
  • If you want your room to be cleaned extra, please put the «Please, clean the room» sign on the outside knob of the door or call reception and housemaids will make a cleaning.

  • In case of damage revelation it is necessary to inform the reception clerk to eliminate the defect.

  • All complaints and suggestions can be forwarded to the reception clerks or recorded in the “complaints and suggestions notebook”, which is situated at the reception.

  • In case of other rules not written in this rules of accommodation the administration and the guest are followed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

  • Air-conditioning system is working seasonally.

Добрый день! Останавливались в гостинице на 5 дней в июле 2015 года. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность администрации и персоналу гостиницы за доброжелательное, доброе отношение к приезжающим. Огромное спасибо за прекрасный сервис, необыкновенную чистоту, СУПЕР-завтраки!!! Уборка в номере Каждый день! Бутылочки воды Каждый день! Wi-Fi! После обширной экскурсионной программы очень приятно было возвращаться в отель. Спасибо Вам за хорошо организованный отдых, за комфорт. Будем рекомендовать друзьям. Супер отель и обслуживание, персонал вежлив, доброжелателен. Из сервиса есть все самое необходимое, в номере чисто и уютно. Завтраки просто превосходные. Выражаю благодарность всем сотрудникам отеля. А отдыхающим рекомендую останавливаться именно здесь. Лично я осталась очень довольна.
